Super Stockholm
As my recent trip highlighted, Stockholm is heaven for designers & artists. If you ever have the chance, a trip to this wonderful city should not be missed. With stunning architecture, hearty food and a plethora of design goodies, it really is the centre of the Scandinavian design scene.
Svenkst Tenn, a beautifully presented interiors and furniture store, epitomises the Swedish design ethic. Lively, colourful textiles sit next to hand crafted wooden furniture. A trip to Moderna Museet, the famous modern art museum, is also a must.
One word of advice however, even in June, be sure to pack a rain mac!
