Our busy studio is seeking a talented junior graphic designer.
The successful applicant will be a talented, creative designer with 1/2 years experience. Ready to push the boundaries and have the ability to work under pressure whilst upholding creative excellence. The ideal candidate will have a beautifully crafted portfolio which is presented to the highest of standards, showcasing highly creative projects that you have designed from concept through to delivery. We are a small studio, so everyone gets involved in everyday projects, working together and with direct involvement with the clients too.

Tour de France fever has certainly gripped the studio over the last few weeks, even to the extent that MJ and myself had to leave the country. We had a thoroughly enjoyable trip to Boulogne to watch the Tour pass through, catching an inspirational glimpse of the riders on their epic journey.
Hopefully for the very first time in its 99 year history, it will be an Englishman on the top step of the podium.

So Friday saw the introduction of the table football tournament in the Ideas Factory studio. Harriet, our capable intern, drew up the fixtures board for us – painstakingly umming and ahhing over whether her lines were straight enough. Games commenced in five rounds so everyone got a turn to play everyone.
I won no games (I’m blaming the fact that I’m new! I obviously haven’t had enough practice…), but as the tournament went on it was a clear contest between Harriet, MJ and Jonathan for the winning title, and between Guy and David for fourth place. After some tense playing MJ managed to win the deciding match against Harriet by two goals and therefore got Hugo, the highland cow trophy.
