We're New Here

We're pleased to say that we have two talented new recruits, Andy Summers and George Bradshaw, who have already been making an impression in the Ideas Factory studio.

Andy joins us after graduating from Edinburgh College of Art and a series of internships, starting at YCN in London and ending at Tayburn in Edinburgh, with a stint at two studios in Oslo, Rayon and Anti. Hopefully he won't yearn for the cold again too soon!

George joins us after graduating from University College Falmouth, and 5 years at The District, Cambridge, where he developed great skills and brilliant design experience, which makes him a perfect fit for Ideas Factory.

They're both great designers, and lovely people, and it's great working with them. Stay tuned for some of their work.

Creative Director at Ideas Factory

Our small, creatively focused design consultancy is seeking a dynamic and motivated senior creative to join our multi-award winning team and become our Creative Director.

As Creative Director, you will be working closely with the Founder and Business Director in forming the creative strategy for all projects that come through the studio and you will have the opportunity to steer this go-getting agency in their creative direction and take a holistic approach to design.

You will have worked in a top creative agency and have a portfolio that demonstrates big ideas and clever branding case studies, you will put branding at the heart of everything you do.

You will need to have a down to earth and hands on approach, be a great communicator and mentor. You will also be required to interact with clients on a daily basis; cementing relationships and taking advantage of any new business opportunities that arise.
