28 Queen Anne's Gate is a Grade I Listed Queen Anne residential property spread over six floors and overlooking St James's Park.
The challenge was to create a brand identity for 28 Queen Anne's Gate that was elegant and reflected the heritage of the building as well as its location in the heart of Westminster, London's political and cultural centre.
Ideas Factory created a brand personality to appeal to the target audience while encapsulating the core messages of the development; well considered, well located, well connected and well developed. The production values of the marketing collateral had to be reflective of the property in its level of expertise and craftsmanship using materials and finishes of the highest quality.
Classic typography with a modern twist combines with an iconic logo inspired by the buildings listed facade. These elements sit alongside a vibrant British red colour featured throughout the host brochure in foils, wax seals and bookmark. A bespoke slipcase houses the coffee table inspired lookbook that walks the viewer through the property and local area with stunning visual photography.
