Ideas Factory was approached by 800 Group, building and refurbishment specialists, to design a brochure to showcase its existing work and to promote a new service, 800 Aftercare. After 30 years of relying on word of mouth, 800 needed a brochure that would clearly and concisely communicate its expertise and new aftercare service to new and existing customers. Tight budget constraints and a brief which incorporated three brochures meant the design needed to work hard.
The response was a clear, considered set of brochures with interesting photography and simple explanations of their new services. The brochures were finished with black foils on the covers adding to the visual impact. Intelligent use of paper and print techniques meant that the brochures could be printed on budget but still deliver the standard expected from 800’s audience.
As 800's first set of brochures it was important that the design reflected the quality of service offered by the group, met the expectations of existing customers and positioned them correctly to prospects.
