Aston Chase was established in 1985 to provide specialist estate agency services for exclusive, high quality property located in Central and North West London. The business is built on a commitment to offer clients a tailored and exceptionally personal service that is thoroughly professional and highly dynamic.

Challenge
After 20 years of success and growth, Aston Chase needed to reinvigorate their brand and create a closer alignment between themselves and their target audience. Consistency and impact was also required across their communication suite, to ensure that every touchpoint conveyed the brand ethos.

Solution
Following a process of targeted research we developed a unique and highly refined brand positioning. The honesty and clarity within the chosen creative led to the creation of simple and transparent marketing communications which automatically fell inline with the interests and lifestyle of the audience. The 'Outstanding Properties' concept was deployed as the launch marketing campaign, intelligently capturing what is successful about Aston Chase - both in terms of the exclusive addresses they are marketing and the qualities attributed to their 20 years of experience.

Results
The new branding was heralded as a hugely beneficial exercise and helped to further elevate the company's reputation and thereby cementing their position as a key player within their coverage area. In 2010, the new image was applied to a new and second office, which has, despite the poor economic climate, successfully established itself in a very short period of time.
