Land Securities are strengthening their investment and presence with the residential property sector. Recognising our experience and expertise within the sector, they approached Ideas Factory to develop a means of communicating their story and progress with clients and contacts from the industry and press.
Due to the popular perception that they are solely commercial developers, Land Securities needed to communicate their commitment and future investment within the residential property sector both internally and externally.
The Residential Review was developed as a biannual publication to engage with existing clients, but perhaps more importantly to new audiences through a network of distribution channels such as estate agents and investment companies. Ideas Factory commissioned photography for the Review to harness the rich visual heritage of London and to create an inspiring publication.
Through the Review, Land Securities have a clear, impactful marketing strategy and tool that enables an ongoing dialogue between themselves and their current and future clients. The Review identity will enable their marketing communications for this new and important department to grow with them in a considered, consistent manner.
