Following the achievements of our award-winning marketing for The Phillimores QEC, Ideas Factory was retained by Westcity, working in partnership with Wates, to create the identity, marketing strategy and all necessary marketing materials for their neighbouring development Phillimore Square.
Phillimore Square is a landmark development on Campden Hill, adjacent to Holland Park, and comprises 8 classically-proportioned yet contemporary townhouses and 35 apartments set around a central communal garden. This site combined with The Phillimores QEC has a gross development value of £358 million and covers 289,000 square feet.
The architects sought to maximise the use of light by creating open spaces and permeability between floors as well as rooms and this remarkable vision was adopted as a key element in our concepts and creative output, which included a marketing suite, interactive site hoarding, sales brochures, specification bibles and website.
