Operating in a service and solutions driven market, Fully Furnished had fallen in to the trap of blending into the competition. The existing brand did not convey the true personality of the company. Communications and messages did not cut through and truly convey what makes Fully Furnished different.

Through research and an understanding of the market, we re-positioned Fully Furnished to be confident, friendly, approachable and modern. We developed marketing materials with the same intelligence and playfulness so that Fully Furnished can connect with different audiences in a new and refreshing manner. By harnessing the word 'Fully', for example 'Helpfully' is embroidered on staff uniforms, 'yours faithFully' on stationery, etc., we created a flexible brand message that can be creatively and imaginatively applied.
