Jo Webster has an international reputation as one of the leading independent sales agents for high-end residential property in prime central London developments. Ideas Factory were tasked with updating the companies existing brand to better reflect their premium offer. Jo Webster also required a fresh new newsletter to position themselves as thought leaders in their sector.
A new contemporary logotype and colour palette elevates the brand look and feel while the use of premium materials and finishes create marketing materials with stand out and allure. This includes triplex business cards finished with an on brand gilt edge.
'Aspect' was created as a newly named biannual newsletter including market news, properties, insight and infographics, and printed in a bespoke large format.
