Travel company Scott Dunn create high-end, bespoke holidays for individuals and families by catering for all needs in all corners of the world. When they approached Ideas Factory, their marketing collateral didn’t promise the level of service the company delivered. In short, their brand needed to make the transition from also-ran to front-runner.

Over a three year period, working closely with the marketing team, we helped upgrade the Scott Dunn image to a premium level by presenting a uniformly sophisticated look across all printed material and by providing a suite of experience-driven brochures forming the flagship of the brand.

The result was immediate, with a positive impact on the business felt in the first quarter after launching, and a host of competitors attempting to replicate their new visual style.
