BNP Paribas Real Estate - The Station

Located at the site of an old police station in fashionable East Dulwich, The Station is a unique development by BNP Paribas Real Estate, comprising four luxury apartments and five contemporary townhouses.

The Challenge
Our challenge was to create a brand identity and provide an effective marketing plan for the development, whilst differentiating between the townhouses and apartments. It was imperative to create a brand that would reflect the vibrant community culture whilst conveying a contemporary feel, in order to appeal to the target audience of families, young professionals and the bohemian spirited.

Solution
Naming the restored apartments in the Victorian villa Station House, and new-build townhouses Station Yard, Ideas Factory created a unifying identity with a personality that captured the rich mix of the area's social and cultural heritage.

Results 
Through the thoughtful use of typography, watercolour textures and contemporary illustrations, Ideas Factory were able to create a standout identity for the development that could be effectively marketed across various communication platforms, both online and offline.
